1. Your PRO level is automatically updated daily at 9:00 AM (UTC+8). Bitget EU reserves the right to adjust your level if your trading activity triggers relevant risk control rules.

2. If a user's spot and futures trading volumes qualify for different PRO levels, the higher level will be applied to both markets. For example, if a user qualifies for PRO2 in spot, they will also qualify for PRO2 in futures.

3. 30-day trading volume: The total 30-day trading volume of all main accounts and sub-accounts is calculated daily at 12:00 AM (UTC+8). Sub-accounts inherit the funding rate of the main account at the time of creation.

4. 24-hour withdrawal limit: Bitget EU determines your 24-hour withdrawal limit (converted to USD) based on your PRO level. You cannot withdraw more than this amount in a single day. Additionally, PRO users who have not completed identity verification are limited to a 24-hour withdrawal cap of $20,000.

5. PRO and market maker levels are assessed independently. The more favorable fee structure and benefits will apply.

6. PRO and market maker users are not eligible for other fee discounts or rebates on the platform. Broker rebates are subject to specific terms. Contact your account manager for details.

Fraudulent or abusive conduct of any kind is strictly prohibited. Bitget EU reserves the right to disqualify users found violating these rules.
