Introduction
This Bitget EU Affiliate Program Policy (“
Policy”) govern the terms under which a User of the Platform, who has also registered with Bitget EU as an “affiliate” (“
Affiliate” or “
you”) participate in the Bitget EU Affiliate Program (“
Program”) pursuant to this Policy.
The Program is not a service provided by Bitget EU, but an agreement to share commissions based on referrals to Bitget EU. With respect to the Program, you are thus not customers of Bitget EU (notwithstanding any customer relationship with Bitget EU pursuant to other agreements).

mean the User of the Platform who has registered with Bitget EU as an Affiliate pursuant to this Policy.

|
means the account established by an Affiliate for the purpose of participating in the Affiliate Program.

Affiliate Code
|
means the referral code assigned to an Affiliate which may be used by potential customers or Bitget EU to identify the link between the Client and such Affiliate.

Affiliate Link
|
means the link that an Affiliate posts on any third party platform that would direct the potential customers to the Platform as such Affiliate’s Clients
|
|
Affiliate Program
|
means the program which Bitget EU makes available to its Users on the Platform in order to incentivize the Users to market and promote the Platform and enable the Users to refer potential customers to Bitget EU for the purpose of converting such potential customers into a Client.

|
Client
|
means a User who, through the Affiliate Link or Affiliate Code provided by an Affiliate, has registered a trading account with the Platform and conducted at least one trade on the Platform.
|
|
Commission
|
means any commission, rebate, and/or other remuneration paid, or payable, to the Affiliate by Bitget EU for the referral services rendered by the Affiliate regarding the new Clients identified and referred to Bitget EU by the Affiliate.

Platform
|
as defined in
Bitget EU Terms of Use

|
User
|
means any person that has registered an account on the Platform.

Affiliate Account

What is Bitget EU Affiliate Program?
The Program allows you to earn up to 50% commission by inviting users to trade on Bitget EU. Designed for influencers, bloggers, and community leaders, the Program offers a lucrative way to grow your income while promoting a trusted cryptocurrency exchange.

How Does the Program Work?

Complete the application on the Bitget EU Affiliate Program page with details about your audience and promotional strategies.

Bitget EU will review your application and notify you upon approval.

After approval, you’ll gain access to a unique Affiliate Link or Affiliate Code, along with promotional tools like banners and tutorials.

Bitget EU shall pay you the Commissions in accordance with section 5 “Commission and Fees” below for your referral services.

Use the Affiliate Dashboard to monitor your Clients, trading activity, and Commissions.
Notes:

If a Client has a negative trading fee rate, the final Commission will be calculated based on the actual net trading fees incurred.

The following fees generated by Users do not generate any Commissions:

Zero-fee trades

Trades with rebate cards (commissions will be credited in the form of rebate cards)

Trades with special fee rates
-
Fees connected to fiat on or offboarding
-
Currency conversion fees
-
Card fees of any kind

Sub-Affiliate
If any of your direct Clients becomes an Affiliate in the Program who refers new Clients to the Platform, then such Client Affiliate will be deemed as a sub-Affiliate of you (“
Sub-Affiliate”), except when such Client Affiliate declares to Bitget EU to become a Sub-Affiliate of another Affiliate (in which case, for the avoidance of doubt, such Client Affiliate remains your Client but will be treated a Sub-Affiliate of the declared Affiliate for the purpose of calculating their respective Affiliate’s Commissions), subject to Bitget EU’s approval.

Bitget EU Affiliate Responsibilities and Rules
1. Responsibility:

- All Affiliates (including Sub-Affiliate”)) must adhere to Bitget EU Terms of Use, this Policy, various system specifications or announcements and all relevant rules regarding the Program (including, but not limited to, the responsibilities and rules under this section) that Bitget EU may publish on its website from time to time (collectively, the “Rules”). The Rules may be amended from time to time by Bitget EU at its sole and absolute discretion.
- All Affiliates must establish a separate affiliate account for the purpose of participating in the Bitget Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Account”) with Bitget EU, through which you could track the number of clicks on your Affiliate Links, pending Commissions and other information.
- Unless otherwise expressly stated under the Rules, you will have the full discretion to determine the manner and methods to conduct Program activities, including, but not limited to, determining when (i.e., the days and times), where (i.e., the particular venue or location), and how to conduct Program activities, and the frequency with which you do so.
- You should provide and maintain accurate, complete, not misleading and up-to-date information when registering for the Program and in your Affiliate Dashboard once registered for the Program.
- You should inform Bitget EU as soon as reasonably practicable of any material developments or changes in your circumstances or activities which may adversely impact Bitget EU, including any criminal prosecution, regulatory enquiry, or other complaint brought against you.
- You shall not register as an Affiliate to generate commission for a self-trading account or through the use of multiple accounts controlled by you. In the event of a violation, Bitget EU reserves the right to make any adjustment and/or remove the generated commission at its sole discretion or terminate your Affiliate Account.
2. Promotional Standards:

- Promote Bitget EU ethically and conscientiously at all times, including through social media channels, online articles, and community events.
- Do not create and/or publish content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise prejudicial in any form.
- Bitget EU reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to review any marketing, promotional, advertising, social media, website, or other materials published, distributed, or otherwise made available by you in connection with Bitget EU, its products, services, trademarks, or the Program (“Affiliate Materials”). Bitget EU may require you to modify, amend, correct, suspend, or remove any Affiliate Materials that Bitget EU considers inaccurate, misleading, non-compliant with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory guidance, Bitget EU’s brand guidelines, or the terms of the Program, or otherwise unsuitable. You shall promptly comply with any such request within the timeframe specified by Bitget EU. If you fail to do so, Bitget EU may, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to it, suspend or terminate your participation in the Program and/or withhold or cancel any related commissions, where permitted under the Policy.
3. Compliance and Prohibited Uses:

Bitget EU is committed to upholding the highest standards of security and compliance. You must at all times act in compliance with all Applicable Laws (as defined in Bitget EU Terms of Use [Note: hyperlink to be inserted]), including any applicable advertising, social media, and/or competition regulations and guidelines issued by the competent authorities, as well as the Rules.

You shall not use the Platform or in any way, provide any information or content relating to Bitget EU on the Platform or any third party platform, engage in any conduct in relation to Bitget EU, the Platform or the Platform, that:

is unlawful, illegal or unauthorized or advocates, promotes or assists any violence or any unlawful act;

(re)produce, share or otherwise promote content of any kind that associates Bitget EU with the offering of any unregulated E-Money Token or unregulated Asset-Referenced Token (for example, USDT) in any form (included but not limited to screenshots, thumbnails or mockups showing the Bitget EU logo or platform next to such unregulated token);

is defamatory of any other person;

is obscene, sexually explicit or offensive;
-
advertises or promotes any other product or business;
-
is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person, or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;

is likely to disrupt the Platform in any way; infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any other person;
-
restricts or inhibits any other person from using the Platform, including, without limitation, by means of “hacking” or defacing any portion of the Platform;
-
redirect any User away from Bitget EU’s Platform;
-
disables, damages or alters the functioning or appearance of the Platform;
-
directly or indirectly accesses, launches, and/or activates access to the online services offered by Bitget EU through or from, or otherwise incorporate access to the online services offered by Bitget EU or referrals in, any software application, website, or other means other than the Affiliate Link, or otherwise expressly permitted by this Policy;

“crawls”, “spiders”, indexes or in any non-transitory manner stores or caches information obtained from or pertaining to any User including the Clients of the Affiliate;

downloads, retrieves, indexes, “data mines”, “scrapes”, “harvests”, including through any robot, spider, Platform search/retrieval application, or other manual, automatic device or process, information on the Platform or the Users;
-
sends unsolicited or unauthorized advertisements, spam, or chain letter to anyone regarding Bitget EU or the Platform;
-
transmits any content which contains software viruses, or other harmful computer code, files or programs; or
-
is otherwise considered offensive or inappropriate, at Bitget EU’s sole discretion.

You understand and agree that the information and services provided by the Platform are not provided to, and may not be used by or for the benefit of, any individual or entity in any jurisdiction where the provision or use thereof would be contrary to any applicable law, or where we are not authorized to provide such Platform or information and services. We also do not offer services or products to Users who are nationals of Prohibited Countries (as defined in Bitget EU Terms of Use [Note: hyperlink to be inserted])]. You should inform us immediately if you become a resident in any of the Prohibited Countries or are aware of any Users based in any of the Prohibited Countries. You understand and acknowledge that if it is determined that you have given false representations of your location or place of residence, Bitget EU reserves the right to take any appropriate actions in compliance with this restriction or in compliance with the law of a relevant jurisdiction, including termination of any Account immediately and liquidating any open positions. We also do not offer services to persons or entities in the U.S. Treasury Department’s List of Specially Designated Nationals or Blocked Persons, the EU’s Consolidated Financial Sanctions List or the UK Sanctions List, or any entity that is owned or controlled (50 percent or greater) by a person or entity on such lists (hereinafter “ Prohibited Parties”), or offer services that involve or otherwise benefit Prohibited Parties. You understand that Bitget EU reserves the right to take any appropriate actions in compliance with this restriction or in compliance with the law of a relevant jurisdiction, including termination of any Account immediately and liquidating any open positions.

You shall not promote unregulated stablecoins such as USDT when publishing any information or content relating to Bitget EU.

We only conduct affiliate activities only for residents of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

We reserve the right, but do not have the obligation, at our sole discretion to edit, delete, remove or block any information that violates this Policy.
4. Suspected use of unofficial trading APIs:
If Bitget EU determines that you are suspected of using unofficial APIs and receiving unusually high rebates in a specific region, Bitget EU reserves the right to revoke your entitlement to commissions under the Program without prior notice or consent. You may continue operating in your original region; your VIP tier will remain unaffected, and you may still apply for VIP trials and related benefits.
5. Revocation Policy:
Bitget EU reserves the right to revoke your Affiliate status and recover paid rebates from you in cases of any violation of the Rules.
5.
Commission and Fees

Base Commission Rates: Earn a percentage of trading fees from every Client’s spot and futures trades, up to 50%.

Sub-Affiliate Earnings: Refer Sub-Affiliates and earn a percentage of their commissions for an additional income stream.

Performance Bonuses: Achieve milestones, such as higher trading volumes or increased referrals, to unlock additional incentives.

Payment of the Commissions:
-
All payment will be credited to your Affiliate Account at Bitget EU’s sole discretion, and as deemed appropriate, Bitget EU may accommodate other methods of payment or currency. Bitget EU’s tracking report of the trading activities and the calculation of the commission shall be final and conclusive.

Bitget EU is under no obligation whatsoever to pay any commissions to any Affiliate who does not comply with this Policy or Bitget EU Terms of Use. It is your sole and absolute duty to follow precisely this Policy or Bitget EU Terms of Use, where applicable at all time. In the event of any dispute, or complaint from any of your Sub-Affiliates, Bitget EU has the right to hold back any commissions due to you until such issues are resolved.

In the event of any activity in your Affiliate Account or any other account which appears to be controlled or managed by you or any activity of your Clients being deemed suspicious or potentially in breach of any provision of this Policy, Bitget EU may withhold payment of the Commission until it verifies the relevant transactions.

Unless as otherwise agreed in text form between you and Bitget EU, the Commissions are calculated by Bitget EU at its sole discretion, taking into account the fees paid by your Client and the commission ratio applicable to you, which equals to 50% of trading fee charged to your Client or any other rate which is explicitly agreed with you and Bitget EU in text form, after deducting the trading fee discount offered by Bitget EU to a certain group of customers, any fees paid by Bitget EU to third party market makers or Other Fees. For the purpose of this Section, “Other Fees” include the fees included by the Client due to use of third-party trading tools, bonuses received by the Client or other costs incurred by the Client during actual trading.

This Program is administered on a discretionary basis at Bitget EU’s absolute sole discretion. By participating in this Program, you irrevocably acknowledge and agree that Bitget EU reserves absolute legal rights over all aspects of this Program (whether deemed reasonably exercised or not), including: the right to terminate the Program, quantum of commissions, whether or not any commissions are earned/transferred, final determination over all commission-related disputes with any Affiliate or Sub-Affiliate, and demand/recover from any Affiliate or Sub-Affiliate any commissions earned/transferred.
